We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number — when you request demo results or fill out our contact form
- Payment details — collected securely when you sign up for a paid plan (we do not store card details ourselves)
- Message content — any notes or questions you submit through our contact form
- Call data — when you call one of our demo numbers, call metadata (duration, transcript) may be retrieved via Retell AI to fulfill your transcript request
How We Use Your Information
- To send you your demo call transcript and results
- To respond to your inquiries and set up your AI receptionist
- To send you occasional emails about LiftAutomations services if you opted in when requesting your demo results
- To log demo requests in our internal records for service quality purposes
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Retell AI — powers our AI voice agents and call transcripts. When you request your demo results, your phone number is sent to Retell's API to retrieve your call transcript.
- n8n — our automation platform. When you submit the demo results form, your name, email, and phone number are passed through n8n to route your transcript and send your results email.
- Google (Gmail & Sheets) — your demo results are emailed to you via Gmail, and your submission is logged in a private Google Sheet for our internal records.
- Formspree — when you submit the contact form on our site, your name, email, phone, and business name are transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to us by email.
- Stripe — when you sign up for a plan, your payment is processed directly by Stripe on their secure servers. We never receive or store your card details.
- Netlify — hosts this website. Basic request metadata (IP address, browser type) may be logged by Netlify for security and performance purposes.
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Email Communications
If you submitted the demo results form and checked the consent box, you agreed to receive your results and occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting us directly at jude@liftautomations.com.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Basic hosting logs (IP address, browser type) may be retained by Netlify for security and performance purposes.
Security Practices
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, including:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted via HTTPS
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified — we never see or store card numbers
- Access to our internal records (Google Sheets, n8n workflows) is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties outside of those listed above
