Terms of Service

By signing up for LiftAutomations and completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. The Service
LiftAutomations provides an AI-powered receptionist service for home service businesses. The service includes an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls on your behalf, qualifies leads, answers questions about your business, and books appointments directly into your calendar.
The AI is configured specifically for your business based on the information you provide during onboarding.
2. Payment Terms
- The service is billed at $397 per month after the conclusion of your 14-day free trial.
- Your card on file will be charged automatically on day 15 of your trial unless you cancel before that date.
- Subsequent billing occurs on the same date each month.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once a charge has been processed.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. LiftAutomations does not store your payment details.
3. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to begin the trial but will not be charged until day 15. If you cancel before day 15, you will not be charged anything.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your renewal date.
- To cancel, email us at jude@liftautomations.com with your business name and a request to cancel. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.
- After cancellation, your AI receptionist will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
5. What We Provide
- Setup within 24 hours — once onboarding information is received, your AI receptionist will be live within one business day.
- Custom AI training — your agent is configured with your business name, services, pricing, hours, and booking preferences.
- Call transcripts & summaries — after each call, a transcript and summary is available and can be emailed to you.
- Ongoing support — you can request updates to your AI's responses or configuration at any time by contacting us.
6. What We Don't Guarantee
- We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, or booking rates. Results vary by business, market, and call volume.
- 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Retell AI. Occasional outages or degraded performance may occur.
- We are not responsible for calls missed due to forwarding issues on your end, incorrect business information provided during setup, or third-party platform outages.
7. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information (services, pricing, hours, booking process) during setup and when changes occur.
- You are responsible for setting up call forwarding from your business phone number to the number provided by LiftAutomations. We can assist, but you own and control your phone number.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftAutomations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed calls, lost leads, lost revenue, or losses resulting from third-party platform outages (including Retell AI).
In no event shall LiftAutomations' total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for one month of service ($397).
9. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may also modify, update, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
